We have been working hard the last few weeks on updating and developing our own bespoke CRM software. As a company that is known for developing custom cloud based software for our clients we thought it was about time we updated our own internal systems in-line with some of the exciting things we have been doing for other small businesses in Kent.
Our CRM software is mainly about managing our customer, allowing them to have more control and visibility of the services we are providing and the ability to make changes and update the services through a simple web portal. It also helps us to manage all our GDPR requirements including giving people the option to op-in and opt-out of marketing and also manages our GDPR service agreements and contacts with our customers where we act as the Data Processor.
We have also built in a system that manages our computer repair side of the business Shepway Computers which offer home and business computer repairs to customers in and around Folkestone.
The CRM allows computers to be booked in and customer records managed. The system will also flag and email reminders to customers when their next service is due.
